These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the For Play mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time within the App.

User content

You are solely responsible for the activities, messages, and other content you create or share ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the App.

Objectionable content and acceptable use

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on For Play. You agree that you will not post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and that you will not abuse, harass, stalk, or harm other users.

To keep the community safe, the App provides tools to:

• Report objectionable content or users directly from the chat.
• Block any user, which immediately hides their messages from you.

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — including removing content and removing or banning the offending user — within 24 hours of a report. We may remove any content or suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violating these Terms.

Meeting other people

For Play helps people organise and attend activities in person. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting others. We do not verify the identity, background, or conduct of users, and you interact with other users and attend activities at your own risk.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law.
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App or its systems.
• Collecting other users' information without their consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, For Play will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
